Sure it would be nice to know for curtain if there is other life out there, intelligent or other wise. But this mathamatical equation shouldn't used as proof that life exists out there, sure i like to keep a open mind but it's hard not to be a " seeing is believeing " kind of person.

I need stocking help with a 10 gallon aquarium. I want something different, I already have two tropical community tanks and an african cichlid tank. It will be the permenant habitat for whatever I put in there so please do not suggest fish unsuitable for 10 gallons.

Fish I DON'T want (already have) are platies, guppies, mollies, common tetra species, common danios, gouramis, bettas, pretty much anything you can buy at a chain pet store. I'm willing to try brackish if there are any suitable brackish fish for a 10 gallon. My water is naturally soft with a neutral pH, but I can harden it if necessary. Anyone have any ideas?

Have you ever been driving down a two lane highway to have the tourist behind you suddenly forget that you are all on a two lane highway and began to drive like you all are on a fourlane and nearly cause a serious accident? That happened to me today. Like the bumper sticker says "IF it is tourist season, why can't we shoot them?"

Subject: The Sensitive Man

A woman meets a man in a bar. They talk; they connect; they

end up leaving together. They get back to his place, and as he shows her

around his apartment, she notices that one wall of his bedroom is

completely filled with soft, sweet, cuddly teddy bears.

There are three shelves in the bedroom with hundreds and

hundreds of cute, cuddly teddy bears, carefully placed in rows covering

the entire wall! It was obvious that he had taken quite some time to

lovingly arrange them and she was immediately touched by the amount of

thought he had put into organizing the display. There were small bears

all along the bottom shelf, medium-sized bears covering the length of

the middle shelf,

and huge, enormous bears running all the way along the top shelf. She

found it strange for an obviously masculine guy to have such a large a

collection of Teddy Bears, but doesn't mention this to him, and actually

is quite impressed by his sensitive side.

They share a bottle of wine and continue talking and, after

a while, she finds herself thinking, "Oh my God! Maybe, this guy could

be the one! Maybe he could be the future father my children?" She turns

to him and kisses him lightly on the lips. He responds warmly.

They continue to kiss, the passion builds, and he

romantically lifts her in his arms and carries her into his bedroom

where they rip off each other's clothes and make hot, steamy love.

She is so overwhelmed that she responds with more passion,

more creativity, more heat than she has ever known, and even did a few

things she had never done with any other man.

After an intense, explosive night of raw passion with this

sensitive guy, they are lying there together in the afterglow. The woman

rolls over, gently strokes his chest and asks coyly, "Well, how was

it?"

The guy gently smiles at her, strokes her cheek, looks deeply into her

eyes, and says......................

"Help yourself to any prize from the middle shelf!"

I am in the market for a semi-automatic pistol for personal/home protection. I've narrowed my choices down to two which are commonly used by law enforcement and military: the Beretta 92FS and the Smith&Wesson MP, both in 9mm. Does anyone who's experienced have a preference between them, or have information which could help me decide? I know that the 92FS has a huge reputation but the MP looks like a very thoughtfully designed gun.

Bowling for Columbine freaks and NRA/Ted Nugent freaks, I'm sure you will feel compelled to comment on this or to each other in response to this question. I'm sure that you all mean well, but you will be ignored if you don't have the kind of information for which I am asking.

I am wanting to make a very simple, straight to the point t-shirt.

It is going to say "PROUD TO BE PAGAN" on the front.

But - what should I put on the back?

Also - if you would like a t-shirt (for free), then please, feel free to contact me.

Well I'm looking to get some new tires for my 2002 Camry with 16" non stock rims. I need to get them ASAP. What brand would you recommend for everyday commuting (and I'm not looking to spend a ridiculous amount.) I know different brands make all different tires but in general what's the best way to go? Is it worth paying that extra $30 per tire to move up to the big brands such as goodyear and michellin. Any advice would be appreciated. Also, are there any offbrands that are high quality? Maybe something made by one of the big brands but sold as another.

Hope Kbear has a minute LOL
I want to get up to Cairns (from the Redlands) before it gets too hot & muggy (so - soon). Looking for recommendation - mid price range accommodation - Port Doug. or Cairns city?
Also recommendations for an educational experience that would suit a 12yo girl and an American hubby interested in all things Aussie. (including if possible a not-too-touristy aboriginal-related day)

It's been a long. long time since I was in Cairns - any suggestions & tips would be most welcome. I'm desperate for some amazing seafood too :-)

Thanks in advance.
