good pick. you will win.

the media makes it seems like just because they lost two pro-bowlers from the o-line,(roaf and shields) its supposedly going to be very weak and that the offense as a result will be anemic. Its unfortunate so many people believe what they hear and start thinking the chiefs will suck.

the truth is, the o-line is going to be good and efficient because theyve got the same group of guys plus two key guys in damion mcintosh and kyle turley back at 100% health and ready to replace both roaf and shields effectively.

larry johnson is one of the best running backs in the game and damon huard is a first time starter (beginning week 1) who threw 11 tds and only 1 int in ten games last season. tony gonzalez is still one of the best TEs in the game and their first round pick dwayne bowe will turn heads. so, contrary to what many people have been told this offense is actually going to be as good if not better than the previous season where they went 8-8. most notably because huard is better than an aged and bruised trent green.

If you take a team and the spread is +3.Then it's like at the start of the game your team is ahead 3-0.Which means say your team loses the game 23-21,then you win because you were spotted those 3 points. If your team is -3 then it's like the other team is ahead 3-0 at the start.

If Kansas City wins the game outright (called straight up) you win automatically. If they lose, but by less than 3 points, you still win, and if they lose by three, it is a "push" (tie). If they lose by 4 or more, that would be the only way you lose your bet.
