Give Michigan respect for scheduling a two-time back-to-back champions. Suuure, they could have played North Texas (Sooner fans) and won by 100 but they had the balls to go out and play a damn good football team Div 1-AA or 1-A. Appalachian State could have beaten at least half the top 25. Give Michigan respect for having the balls to play a good friggin team. More powerhouses should do the same.

Ok your brother married an abusive sociopath who abused your brother and her kids(gave them medicine just so they'd go to sleep for example and neglect them). Well they're divorced, the kids are taken away from her.
The ex wife of your bro emails you and adds you to her myspace. You a forgiving person you are is tempted to email her because you're curious as to how she's doing. But you also wonder if you contact her, will it endanger one of your neice's lives.(the other two kids aren't your brother's and they've been put in a foster home. Your neice (your bro's daughter) lives with your mom).
Email her or not? Or just block her?

OMG, I am so upset. As it is my son doesn't get to see my mother-in-law due to her alcohol&drug problem. My sis-in-law and her family got along w/ us ok and kept their alcoholic problem away, and would only come over when sober. The other night we were awoken by one of their kids begging us to call the cops. The cops came and the parents were beating the kids, each other, yelling, screaming, on and on. When the cops got there everyone lied and police did nothing despite me seeing it all and reporting it. I called every agency that I could for help for the kids but NO LUCK AND NOTHING HAPPENED. My husbands family all has addiction issues except him, we have cut everyone off. I am sad about it for my son and husband but I know I can't force them to quit. Words of advice or support? I'm bummed about it and love those kids but can't get them out of that home, no court or police believe whats really happening. Tried everything, I'm a social worker so I know the legal side too. Nothing workd

it is exciting to hear; then some wants me to ask every detail of her party single life. She is always bringing fun times up before we met ( parties, casual sex). on record be a bad thing?? I mean how can it be abused as was put in the recent yahoo news story?? Wouldnt having everyones DNA profile on file make things much easier?? We would have DNA straight away to deal with crimes that happen, meaning the commiters can be caught earlier so they cant do it again and if someone goes missing they could be found quicker as their profile could be found and used on things were they have been supected of being? And compiling visitors DNA could also help cut illegal immigration and terrorism as airports could screen those flying?? So why are so many people against having their DNA on file, how would it break peoples privacy??
