we are wondering in my office, that if i am doing 70 in the slow lane and someone is plodding along at 60 in the middle, should i have to cross 2 lanes to pass, or can i stay in my lane and safely pass?

My formerly favorite favorite local radio station, KTRH in Houston, used to be all news and instructional talk (gardening, home repair, consumer affairs), but recently has drifted into the all-right-wing-all-the-time format, except for a brief period of news in the morning and the welcome respite of Astros baseball games. This development appears to have come on the heels of the acquisition of KTRH by Clear Channel Communications. No one I know even listens to KTRH any more, so I am wondering what commercial calculations are driving the conversion of a once-valuable radio station into a one-sided propaganda machine.

The motorbike test is currently being revised (again) and we will see riders having to pick up a couple of new skills in order to earn their licence. If you raise the issue of the test with a trainer, many of them tend to feel that the test is being made so hard that it is close to - if not already - deterring riders. Yes, (car) driving standards are not what they should be - particularly with respect to motorbike awareness - and good training saves rider's lives, but even with that in mind, is the test too hard?
