Ive heard they got a bit but ive seen no pics or anything to confirm it

I've been to St. Kitts, but that was over a decade ago and I'm not a surfer. All I can suggest is to check out their website (linked below) which is actually one of the better sites I've found explaining/describing Caribbean islands. Hope this site helps.
Just navigating through the site I sent. If you go to "Ways to enjoy St. Kitts" to "Watersports," it does briefly mention surfing; maybe the (2nd) address below will help.

I think you could surf the Carribean Sea in St. Kitts. The Atlantic is too rough to swim in (last time I was there a tourist drown). It's probably not ideal surfing, but the beaches are not very crowded and the locals are extremely friendly.
