If you stopped believing that I exist, would I disappear?

Think hard before you answer- think even harder if you are religious. This is a question which is asking about your deepest beliefs as well as your logic.

A very challenging question, which I suppose cannot be truly answered.

Up until a moment ago I didn`t know you existed so I did not believe in you(sorry).
Now that I have read your question and assuming you are not masquerading as someone else I know that you exist and I believe that you exist.
How then can I stop believing that you exist if I know that you exist?
Also of course you still existed before I found your question therefore before I believed in you.
My conclusion then is (if I could believe a convincing lie) if I stopped believing in you, you would of course still exist and you would not disappear.

Of course you would still exist. Solipsists might disagree, but I do not believe that everything in existence is only in my mind. It would be a very easy task for you to restore my belief in your existence. All you would have to do is confront me with the physical evidence.

Even if everybody stopped believing in you you would still exist!, you are made & created & God is always watching you even if others refuse to take any notice of you!. You are here & if you disappeared someone would have to file a missing persons report on you.

well many do not believe in the christian god exists and quite rightly so did anyone see the article on mother Teressa's suffering from gods silence but i know god exists i believe he more about free will these days and i believe i will be punished for my sins
but we don't require proof that god needs to prove himself to show he exists other wise we could just be falling for someone with a bag of magic tricks!
god only needs to prove himself and not his powers and time will tell.
its not about power that makes someone identity just the way they use them.
but who are you? do you claim to be a god or THE god or just an ordinary person? i think you are an ordinary person with a good mind to ask such a question well if people do not believe in something it does not mean it does not exist i call it ignorance i don't know who you are and who believes in you but i know you exist since you are asking this question.

If I stopped believing in you my belief system would collapse. I am the Bishop of the Latter Day Saint's Church of True Brit.

Of course you would because your existence doesn't depend on us... on our believing in your existence or not.

Many things exist that are unknown to us. Does our ignorance negate them?

Let me put it this way: Assume for a moment that you were adopted and don't know it. Does the fact that you are unaware of the existence of your biological parents mean they are fictious or imaginary?

What do you think? Just like if you stopped believing in God doesn't stop Him from existing.

If u stop believing in something that gradually cease to exist or exist as repulsion for that person.
If u stop believing that it exists, it would remain there for others and also for u, if it exist as repulsion.
However when u know, belief disappears.
Think Softly and know
