I'm very new to charting- am probably going to start next month.
I know that the cycle day that a woman ovulates is different for each woman, but I was wondering if ovulation days tend to be regular the same way that periods can be regular for a woman? For instance, if you find that you ovulate on day 16, do you always ovulate on day 16? Or does it always vary each month? And if it varies, how much? Is it usually within a 3 day time period, a 5 day time period, a 7 day time period?
And also, does having a regular menstrual cycle tend to give a person a more predictable (regular) ovulation day as well or no?
*I don't think I worded my questions very well, but hopefully everyone will understand what I'm asking* =)
Thanks in advance!
