I don't really know what to do, my boyfriend always brings up how other girls are 'hot' or 'sexy' and tells me maybe if I looked like them then maybe I'd be attractive.
I hate hearing him say that I'm not attractive to him, because I want to give him everything but I'm not sure what to do.
Any advice?

Break up with him, theres an old quote that goes "Do you love me because i`m beautiful or am I beautiful because you love me". Listen, you have a boyfriend because there is a physical and mental attraction and he doesnt find you attractive and he keeps bringing it up, you can do soo much better. Lifes to short to be treated like crap by some guy, believe me!

This is a form of control and manipulation. This is damaging your self-esteem. If they looked better than you, why is he with you? This relationship is destructive, and detramental to you. He wants you to feel as though you should be grateful for him because he is the only one that would have you. This is NOT TRUE, and it's dangerous. You are no less attractive than anybody else. This 'boy' does not deserve you.

DROP THIS GUY. He is using you, or trying to manipulate you by putting you down. These type of guys have low self-esteem and sometimes turn into men that physically abuse. He wants you to feel bad about yourself so that he can control you. He has low self-esteem.
You will never be "right" for your boyfriend because he is not "right". He has issues. You deserve to be with someone who loves you for who you are, and does not try to make you feel bad about yourself.
Learn this lesson early, and you will save yourself from years of pain!

Dump him. He's a loser! I'm serious. If he's your lover, he shouldn't say hurtful things like that. It's not worth your TIME. After you dumped him, tell him in the face, loud and clear so everyone can hear, "So how does it feel to be dumped by an ugly girl, LOSER??" Just do it, you'll feel good, I promise!

Why's he going out with you anyway? He's using you so he'll look cool in front of the "hot" and "sexy" girls. Break up with him, dump him, and get a boyfreind who doesn't use you, won't force you to do anything you can't or don't want to do, and appreciates you for who you are.

Get rid of him, and I am sure you can find a better one. Give him a lesson to be learn that he is a lot uglier than you do if he thinks you are ugly because in reality he is uglier deep inside him. He just don't notice how ugly he is inside. Let go of him. He is not worthy of your love and company.

Get rid of the bum..... You must be giving him lots of sex... Guys don't stay with ugly girls for no reason (I am not saying you are ugly now) but take a good look at yourself and tell your self are you pretty or not? Is he handsome or not?
