I work as a social worker and it is a very good job and for the most part I enjoy it.. but it can be very stressful with a lot of responsibility. I go home each day thinking about what i should have done or what may happen the next day. It gets to the point where I can't stop talking about it to my friends or family and I'm sure they get sick of it. When I go home i try to tell myself to forget about everything but it never happens... My mind is constantly racing. Any tips?

I recently heard that an organisms body temperature will become lower if it has a viral illness. I know that it will raise with a bacterial infection as the bodys way of destroying any bacteria... but why would it lower for a virus?

As you likely know, in America it's against the law to bring dogs (except for service dogs) into places where food is served.

If there were a proposed law giving restaurant and store owners the opportunity to choose if they allow dogs into their store or not... Would you be for this law?

Would the law be more appealing to you if dogs entering these public places needed to be certified in some way (such as with a CGC)?

Obviously I'm asking dog people so it's not a poll of the general public. I'm curious how dog people would feel about this.

Recently with at least three news pieces which were of great importance to all in general, I noticed that I'd read about the three of them pretty thoroughly in Yahoo and even in the latest news on local newspapers in the internet. But was amazed at how many answers I got back from Yahoo community members who'd had not heard anything on local or CABLE NEWS!!!

The questions about these news articles I'd posted on Wednesday and Thursday the latest, which was when I'd read them. But it wasn't until yesterday Friday_and many instances even Saturday_when Cable newscasters began showing these news. To everyone watching it seems it's something just happening, when in fact, it was two previous days that these were known.

One was about contamination to vegetables. I believe if news is put out there as soon as something is known, lots of illness and headache can be spared. And in some cases, lives saved even. Why such tardiness in broadcasting, even when these news have been confirmed?

Would like to buy a new vehicle without the hassel of dealing with competing sales people and dealerships that want to deliver sting as well as burn.

Buying a new vehicle should be an enjoyable experience. They should throw out the red carpet and really try to please. Instead, they try to soak you for every dime they can get. Here you are buying a brand new vehicle with dealer warranty and they want you to buy all that other maintenance crap which you don't want which will raise your payments up and beyond and a myriad of other crap you don't want. They totally ruin the fun and joy and insult your intelligence to rub salt into the wound. They are the greediest most ungrateful bunch of people and are only thinking about how to serve themselves and not the customer. Where can one get online and find the car they want and purchase without all the hassels of dealing with the dysfunctional situation at the dealerships in their area? Enough already. Sick to death with dealerships!

or say a Companies name in a book or in a website?, htmlgoodies says NO for a website in their book from 1998 but im not sure if laws have past since then, even if it is free advice and helpful would someone need permission? even in a story book making profilt off the book not the site itself..to me that would helping that Company, or still would a permission be wise?

She is taking over my family and wont give me privacy. She doesn't pay for anyting in the house and is living with us for free. My husband is not going to do anything after talking to him numerous times. I have a nvidia Ge Force FX 5200 and currently am using 2 monitors for the dual monitor feature. it also has an s-video out. I was wondering if i could also use a tv through the s-video and have 3 monitors?
I think thats my only choice since my pc on can hold 1 video card and since its watt capacity inst that high for newer video cards.

if not is there such thing as a splitter that not only duplicates the image but adds another screen? (i highly doubt that lol)

If i can do the 3 monitor set up using my current video card, is there a converter that will convert s-video to vga or svga? ( i kinda doubt that but don't know lol)

Please Help Me?!?!?!!?!?
