Very, very frugally. Credit cards should be used only for absolute necessities. And $7 an hour won't support a new car.

I don't think that's possible-I used to live on $7/hour but that was years ago, I didn't have any debt, and I lived pretty much paycheck to paycheck.
WTF was somebody making so little thinking to buy a new car and use credit cards? Sell the car, buy something you can afford, work with a debt management agency to get the cards paid off and learn a big lesson about spending money you don't have, that's my answer.

contact consumer credit counseling in your area; cut up the credit cards, and possibly aim for a higher salary. good luck :)
