I mean, in the Navy itself, not at a College which has no connection to the Navy.

And if so, does that take place on land or in the sea (or in other words, do you remain on land the whole time while taking your degree)?

If not, how regularly are you allowed to go home?

Oh... and just out of curiosity, do they chop off your hair when you are admitted to take a degree in the Navy, or only once you start to perform certain functions within that institution (and are paid)?

I hope I have made myself understood.
My native language is not English.

Okay here it goes: I had a jeep for only 6months that I purchased new. I then in May 2006 bought a Toyota Solara with $3,000 negative equity attached to that car. NOW, I'm at it again. I have my eyes on a 2007 Mustang, and I want that car!!! I know if I get it, there will be more negative equity attached to this car. I know that the rebate will help some, but not by much. What are my options here? Is there any way I can get this car without my payments going up anymore? OR am I stuck?!

Here's my problem

I am in love with my best friend, i have talked to her about it and she doesn't want a romantic relationship. The problem is I feel a really strong connection and i am completely overtaken in love, I want to spend my life with her. Knowing she has said she just wants to be friends is something I'm struggling to accept. Should i walk away before i make her life more difficult or is their a way to get this to the next level?
Now theres a few things to note here

1) I have had no previous relationship experience, and many crushes which led nowhere, so im not very experienced or skilled and have a low confidence as a result

2) She is struggling in with her current situation and doesn't need extra stress. This i can accept as a reason if i just know that she would be with me otherwise

3) We are really close friends, I am a godfather to her daughter and know her family well, aswell as her doctors, daycare, etc... Its really hard to accept she loves me as a friend only

I watched his comedy special on HBO, and all I heard was the f word, and about him sticking his pinky in girls butts......lol, does anyone think he's funny....or do you think maybe he's trying a little to hard to be controversial to get rid of the "full house" image....?

Personally I'm on the fence....

My taxes were "underestimated" (according to the tax assessor's office) which resulted in an underpayment by me of $2900.00. This tax increase/bill seems a little high for me (especially since I live in a tax-freeze zone as my house is new construction in a "rehabilitated" town - that is they offered special tax incentives to the builder and future owners to build and live there respectively) for only one year.

Does anybody know whether this type of tax increase is unusual, and if so, what should I do about it? I would like to fight the increase, but don't know whether this is a "normal" estimation process in NJ. Any insight into this problem would be great. Thanks in advance.

Spain, Greece and Ireland are USELESS! they take soo much money from the EU! and give barely anything back. Shouldn't members only be allowed to be so if they pull their own weight?
Germany and UK are really the only nations who give anything.
should moochy countries be kicked out?

I once saw it on the animal planet that some MS suffers stung themselves daily with honey bees and it helped them. One woman claimed she was bed bound and couldn't talk and she agreed to it as a last result and within 6 months she was walking again. She said it has been the best natural healer for her. My neighbour has it really bad and she cannot even talk now and is bed bound, ifeel so much for her as she is only 30 and her three young boys are the same age as my children and she totally depends upon them.I pray for her and wish that this therapy is true but need more info on it and proof. One of her children has just broke his arm and i try to give the children some comfort but its not the same as a mothers love. Her youngest 5 year old sits in her hospital bed and reads her stories. I pray that their is hope for her. If anyone has heardanything about this please let me know.

Its confusing these days, living in such a liberated and sexual society. How soon is too soon to go all the way with a guy you are dating. Your twenties are fillied with sex, but somehow, a girl cant but help to think of her mothers words, that make want to wait. However sex is a big part of a relationship, an isnt it better to find out the chemistry between to people in the beginning so you dont waste your time? Whats a good time frame? And do people out there still wait for marriage, in 2007 american culture makes it hard and confusing with sex being EVERYWHERE you turn, it makes it look like its the norm to have sex freely.

Did everyone in the original Order of Phoenix die by the end of the last Harry Potter book. If I remember correctly, the members were: Harry's parents, Neville's parents, Sirius, Lupin, Petigrew, and Dumbledore. Am I missing someone? Was Mad-eye a member too? He didn't survive anyway. Did anyone in the original Order of Phoenix survive?

I am the mother of 7 kids ,3 boys/4 girls who all live with me.I'm on my third marriage hopefully the last and i have been happily married for 10 yrs now.My current husband is the biological father of my 3 boys and my youngest daughter. My eldest daughters father and i were only married legally for 2 yrs .He left me when our daughter was a baby because he never wanted children .I moved on so did he and he only ever sent a check for his daughter.About 3-4 years ago he contacted me to wanting to see his daughter because he had a new wife and 2 young sons so he felt guilty. His wife feels that its her right to get involved with things pertaining to my daughter, me, and my ex.husband? And to make comments about my past relationships and question my parenting skills?Stop CS till she new where the money was going?Even argued with me at one point brought up my 2 nd husband who is dead and called my 3rd daughter by him a racial slur because her dad was Arabian/Indian descent.

baby with his ex and he can't afford to be a daddy again so soon. But he didn't think about that when he didn't want to use condoms and I couldn't take contraceptives because they make me sick and my doctor adviced me against it. What can I say to my boyfriend or should I let him go because I will be able to take care of my baby financially on my own and have a very strong support system from my family emotionally. I won't have an abortion

Would you buy a used car with 150+ miles?

Im getting my permit next summer and i'm trying to get an idea on a nice car but not expensive. Around 3-4 grand.

I was looking at some grand prix's and the bodys are in excellent condition but have high mileage. They look super clean though. Would you buy a car with that many miles?

Any other suggestions on cars? Not just "get a honda or toyota" I want the model of the car also lol..
