why are other partys object to purchase nuclear deal with us?

Communists only object to a nuclear deal with US. Some local insignificant paries also are objecting just to play to gallery. Communists are ideologically opposed to US .They insist , a nuclear deal with US compromises on our "sovereignity". and removes our name as "non aligned" nation. But this fear is grossly exaggerated. The real reason is communists are loyal to China which is a communist country. China does not like India to grow nuclear assets. But Indo U S agreement is nonmilitary.
