im 13 and i only had one period.

A cycle can vary from woman to woman and month to month. I would not rely on yours being for 6 days every time. As you get older, it may become more reliable but until then, take it as it comes.
You can always keep a diary of when you start and finish each cycle to see if, and how much, variance there is.

Yes, I have heard (and experienced) that periods last longer in the beginning. I have had my period for about two years. At first, it would last around a week, and then come back for a day or two. Now it lasts around five days and usually doesn't come back. Good luck, they will get shorter :)

well your young mine is from 4 to 7 days. it just depends on how your body is. stress, diet, and other things can also have a effect on it too.

JUST DEPENDS ON U. SOME WOMEN HAVE IT A WEEK,WHEN OTERS HAVE IT 2-3 DAYS. IT MIGHT CHANGE THOW SINCE YOUR YOUNG.
