Even though you are not the majority of Christians, (most are not bible literalists and believe in God AND also that evolution is valid biological/earth scientific study),

I do believe that a public school must facilitate everyone if possible.

So what do you say about a compromise that teaches science in science class i.e. evolution, specialization, ecology etc.

However another class can be formed to teach all about theological arguments and religion and kids can learn about the various creation stories from different faiths around the world etc.

In Europe, which has a better education system than we have in America, kids at High School level have comparative religion and philosophy classes.

What do you say to that? Religious views and arguements will be aired and in the RIGHT setting and appropriate place for it.

Surely there can be better solution right?

I have a real dilemma. I have a day job that pays well but it an hour's drive away. I also have a part-time job that pays about half but is ten miles from home.
I'm a Senior at a University and am thinking about Graduate school. I need TIME to study for the GRE, my Classes, my research project, etc. I also need the money. Do I pick having money now over academic success later? I have to do something and soon! Can anyone help?

I mean, the guy is a freaking millionaire and he's out there risking it all. I once saw him drop an elbo on The Big Show for a light rack that was up some fifteen feet in the air. He actually won that match by the way and come on...give the guy credit, he's a really entertaining wrestler with lots of moves.

In my opinion he is a great technician and really knows his way around the ring.

I've known this girl for a few months. She's funny, very nice, pretty, in general just amazing. Some people (Kittana) may already know my situation, but the problem is, she has a bf, and her bf is my cousin...albeit, distant cousin...I am still not sure how we're related. When I first met her, I didn't know she was going out with him...in fact, I didn't even realize he was my cousin at the time.

We talk on the phone or on MSN for hours everyday. She's stated that she wants something more, but I can't bring myself to hurt my cousin...blood being what it is. So we're had the "I like our friendship now, lets not change things" talk about 3 times in the past month.

I really do like her...but again today I told her that I just want to be friends (lie). So what do you think is going to happen to this little triangle? Someone is going to get hurt aren't they? I've tried not picking up her calls, then she's all teary eyed, thinking I am mad at her; and I can't stand to see her sad.

I met a guy, about a week later we went out, talked on the phone about 2 times after the date. Then about the 3rd day aft. He text me & asked me for a hug. He said he needed a hug cuzz he was homesick I said well least you have a new friend he says does my new friend give hugs(to persistant) Now I have come to the practice of not being physical early or talking about it.. I told him that he says he understands but i have not heard from him why not!!! Has he not called cause i made a big deal out of nonthing?? Or he was slowly trying to get in my pants??

ive had the mucus discharge for about 5 days. my period hasnt come in about 38 days, and im amost sure its from overexercising. [not sexually active] but theres been less of the discharge today. its not completely gone, but theres less. does this mean my periods coming, or does it mean my ovulation just ended? school starts in 10 days and i just wish i knew if it was coming so i dont get it in the middle of a school day!

I hate when I go to the toilet, sit down, and realize my two very clean butt cheeks are touching the rim of the toilet..... I don't care if I just cleaned the toilet 5 minutes ago...i still grosses me out!

I have a 7 yr old persian-siamese mix neutered male cat that is usually very well behaved. But for the last several weeks he's been having urine accidents all over our house. This is very unlike him. Nothing has changed within our home to make him upset, and his "box" is changed on a regular basis... Is it possible that he could have a UTI (urinary tract infection)? Or could something else be going on??? He is overweight; last time he was weighed he was 17 pounds, and he's been vomiting more than usual (with and without hairballs) about every other day. Our vet doesn't seem concerned...

I personally feel that women who are NOT married, get pregnant, and have no intention of staying with the guy should NOT EVEN be entitled to support payments...I find it disgusting that so many single women here are asking how to get support payments when they had no plans on being with the guy
- I feel if you get pregant you should be able to support the kid on your own - or DO NOT GET PREGNANT...

Its different if you are married and the guy then leaves you - but I am talking about those who get pregnant with no intent on a relationship...

who agrees - and if not.. why not??? (wondering about lawyers opinions too)
