I know teams change the name of their park for the money. However you dont see NY, Boston, Chicago Cubs, changeing their name. SO why is it that 4 of the best and oldest stadiums (not as in oldest as no new ones built) and most respected havnet changed. Chicago cubs, yankees, red sox. and cardinals havent changed but the Chicago White Sox have gone from comiskey to us. cellular field? Its a slap in the face to 5 of the oldest teams.

I am a thirty year old virgin, who wants to wait until I get married to have sex. I am afraid that if I keep have dreams about sex,and waking up with orgasms or just finishing an orgasms.When I do get married I will have some type of disfunctional sex life. Because the experience will not be the same as I dream it. Is there something wrong with me, because it is happing almost every night. A couple of months ago, I puked because Advil did not agree with me. Ever since then, I am scared if I will be sick again. i personally HATE her and her books, i hate her characters (except Alice) this is a very dumb soap opera book series. i wasted my time to try and read them. harry potter and the deathly hallows is a trillion times better than these pathetic series.

I asked this question a few days ago but not sure I put in all the pertinent details so here we go again:

I own a house with a business partner. The mortgage and deed are only in my name and we have a separate agreement spelling out the partnership and rights. I need out of the mortgage and he will willing to take me out. I am giving up my equity in the property to achieve this result.

Option 1 - He could purchase the property from me for the current loan amount but he doesn't want to come out of pocket another 20% to do this. The only way around it is to take a loan based on the market value then return the equity to him after close. This will certainly appear to be fraud even though that is not the intent so I am leaning away from it.

Option 2 - Add his name to title via quit claim and have him refinance me off the mortgage. He has been an owner from day one just not on title.

Is option 2 legal?

Any other options you guys can think of?

I am told that i can find the colour code by the drivers door..
All I can find is tyre pressure info with a meaningless letters and numbers. Can you tell me where the colour code is and what form it takes. Thank you

You can throw out the freewill card but that doesn't change the fact you could've prevented someone's eternal damnation. I mean it's not your fault if you have a child and he or she has a cruel life but one finite life is infinitely better than hell. I would think it's better for no one to go to heaven or hell then for a thousand people to go to heaven and one person burn in hell. It's more important for that one person's torturing to end than for everyone else to feel absolute pleasure.

Here's my concern: Now there is a Hell, and it will eventually be crammed with billions of souls writhing and screaming in agony thoughout eternity --

And it's all because he decided to create stuff in the first place?

He cannot abolish Hell, because he's already told all sinners and unbelievers that they will burn and rot forever...?

So, God is basically stuck with a place full of souls in misery and torment, moaning angrily, knashing their teeth?

Whereas -- before he started creation, the universe contained no suffering?

Question for church folks: Does God ever get depressed about this situation, and wish he could undo it?

Also, replies from Bible scholars appreciated.
