Sure when you have the flu-you can have all of the above symptoms.
1.puking
2.runs
3.peepee
4.nose bleeds in puke
damn this would be a nightmare. daynightmare, anytime nightmare.

I don't know of a physiological reason why you COULDN'T do all of those things at once.
You'd probably be feeling pretty darn bad if it did happen, LOL., Kinda like dysentary or typhus or something.

Never had a nose bleed...but have you ever had a hang over?? I think the first 3 imply. I'm sure it is possible...never happened to me.

well, yes i think its possible....cuz like if u think abt it....try tense ur whole body, dis is how ur body tenses wen u throw up, crap, piss, etc

well Ive heard of all of them but the nose so it prob is possible, but that person would be very sick.
