Yes, as long as they have gotten the correct visa and passed the bar for there state or federal district.

Usually, if they studied law here on a student visa, after college they would have to find a sponsor and file for h-1b status. This gives you a work permit to work in the US for 5 years During this time, they can apply for their green card. If for some reason, they just want to stay for an extra year to do a internship or something, then they need to file for OPT (optional practical training) Which is much easier to get.

most of the times they have to go to some law school in ny. 75% cant pass liscensing exams as a result of lack of english skills and no firm basis in american govt and laws.

As long as they take and pass a state bar exam they can. They would also probably have to change their immigrant status from student to whatever it is for employment.

Sure, as long as all immigration paperwork is in order. Same as a Doctor. Hard to find an American Doctor anymore.
