PLEASE BE SERIOUS...I WANT TO STOP MASTERBATING...I DONT WANT TO DO IT ANYMORE..IT TAKES AWAY ENERGY...IVE HEARD IT MAKES UR EYESIGHT BAD AND LOOK OLDER...EVEN THO IF THOSE CLAIMS ARE FALSE I WANT TO STOP!!!LAST YEAR I WENT 4MONTHS W/O DOING IT FROM JUNE22ND TILL NOVEMBER SOMETHING...I TRIED MAKING DATES LIKE OK THE DAY THE NBA FINALS ARE OVER IS THE LAST DAY IWILL DO IT...THAT DIDNT WORK..THEN I SAID OK JUNE 28TH NBA DRAFT DAY WUD BE MY LAST,JULY 4TH,7-11,7/24,AUGUST 14TH PAKISTAN INDEPENCEDE DAY...NONE OF THESE HAVE HELPED ME...ILL MAKE THAT DAY THEN I WILL GO LIKE 10DAYS W/O DOING IT AND THEN I JUS GET ALL THESE IMAGES AND STUFF THEN I START DOING IT...I WANT TO STOP IT I WANT TO AT LEAST GET BACK ON TRACK LIKE I DID LAST YEAR WHEN I DID 4MONTH..IM 20YEARS OLD AND IM A VIRGIN I DONT WANT TO MASTERBATE I WANT TO REMAIN HEALTHY AND LOOK YOUNG.PLEASE HELP ME GIVE ME ADVICE BE SERIOUS!!!!!

It's almost like avoidant personality disorder. I cannot describe why I can't just go out and do it like family and friends suggest, and if and when I actually do set foot out there and see people, instincts make me turn away from there faces, as if to avoid being seen. Picture a guy like this in the very middle of a college campus of over 10,000, and yet he still can't get it right. What should I do?
