Just wondering.. I have to change the water today andd wanted to know if using Poland Springs would work

That would be okay for use, although it's more expensive for you. It's spring water, and will contain much of the same trace elements as your tapwater (see chemical analysis in the link at the end). It's already treated using ozone, UV, and microfiltration (no chlorine or chloramine), so you shouldn't need to add a conditioner to remove these.

In the future, though, it's probably cheaper and easier to use your own tapwater, and use a conditioner to treat whatever product (chlorine or chloramine) used as a disinfectant by your water provider.

Don't use spring water. It doesn't have the necessary minerals in it for your fish. Use tap water; it contains these minerals. Dechlorinate your water with water conditioner to remove chlorine, chloramine and trace metals, and you should be fine.

Bettas are freshwater fish. It's recommended that you use Distilled drinking water for them but spring water should work as well. As long as it's not tap water or Kool-Aid I don't think there's reason to panic. Poland Springs should be fine.
