My new novel is a mystery/thriller. It is published by a small publishing house in NY. The reviews and reader feedback have been great, but my publisher's promotional budget is small, so I am looking for ways to use the web to really get the word out. I am a novice in this area, so I would appreciate the help.

why would the pieces that weren't recovered be anything different? They were part of the same scroll, or set of scrolls. They wouldn't have kept a "book of abraham" account on the same scrolls as the funerary text. The farms explanation of this is absurd.

"In 1952, a professor of military history, Sanders, set down three tests which can be used for any historical writing. He named these tests the bibliographic test, the internal test, and the external test. We can examine the Bible with these tests in the same way we would examine other ancient documents.....

Apart from the New Testament, the only other ancient writing which has any level of accuracy associated with it, is Homer. And yet the New Testament has a far higher degree of accuracy than Homer. Scholars universally accept the copies of Homer's writings as being accurate. It is undeniable, then, that the New Testament is by far the most accurately reconstructed ancient document. It passes the bibliographic test with flying colours."

``....Jesus...fulfilled over three hundred propecies (spoken by different voices over 500 years), including twenty-nine major prophecies fulfilled on a single day - the day he died.'' Since many of these prophecies were to do with the place and manner of his death, and even the place of his birth, he could hardly have deliberately set out to fulfil them!....
Just suppose the chance of each one of those prophecies being fulfilled in isolation was a very generous 50%. Then the chance of three hundred such prophecies all being fulfilled is the same as that of three hundred consecutive coin-tosses all
coming up tails: one in 203703597633448608626844568840... - that is, about one in two million million million million million million million million million million million million million million million."

If your child previously held the same atheistic beliefs as yourself, but then came to the conclusion that God is real, how would you react to this? What if your child tried to convince you that God is real?

Okay.

Every year my mother asks me what sort of birthday cake I want. I tell her what type, and then I try and explain to her what sort of icing I want.

There are genrally two types that she gets. One icing has the consistansy of whipped cream, and is rather bland if you ask me.

The kind I like is much more sugary, sweeter, and, well, I guess thicker. It's more like the kind of icing you would buy in a can at Shop Rite.

I explain this to her, and she keeps asking me about it, and she phrases it in such a way that I get so confused, tell her the wrong thing, and she ends up getting the wrong kind of icing. The whipped creamy icing.

It's not such a big deal, but I really dislike the whipped-creamy type of icing. It makes me gag. I would prefer it not being on my cake.

If anyone can help me with the names of these two icings, it would be such a big help. I would love you forever. I think one is Butter(Better?)cream, but I don't know which.

Anyway, thank you so much!

I live in Califnornia. My boyfriend was driving my car, and has a suspended lisence. My insurance has lapsed, and I haven't gotten new insurance yet. Today he was in an accident, him and the driver exchanged info, etc.

I'm wondering if the insurance company for the lady he hit is going to go after him or go after me for the damages - because I am the registered owner. My boyfriend tells me that they will go after him because he was driving, but my parents have told me that they will go after me because the vehicle is mine - my name, my car, my responsibility, etc.

I am confused by it all, and would just like to know what's going to happen!

Oil is one of the most precious commodities in the world. But do Oil companies really have as much power and control as the liberals would have us believe? Do they really influence elections, have certain politicians on their payroll, obstruct the development of the electric car and are they really buying up all the renewable energy companies?

Or is this all conspiratorial liberalist bullshit?

I have just been asked to be a bridesmaid in my sister-in-laws wedding (that part is fine and great!) it's her husband to be that is the issue. Not ONE person in her family likes him (he has no drive or motivation and has been using her since the beginning) and she is aware of their feelings but they have told her that it's her decision to make. We all feel that she is blinded by the fact he is her first 'love' and boyfriend and all her friends are getting married. However.... my dilemna is that I feel the same way as her family and have some reservations about standing up for a wedding I feel is doomed for failure. Now I do keep my feelings to myself and support her or tell her I'm sorry that I can't be involved for that reason? Any advice is appreciated!

FYI - I haven't given her an answer yet as I am in two other weddings in the same year so I said I would have to think about it for the financial side of things which is another deciding factor but not the important one.
