No question... HAPPY. If you are rich but not happy, what good does it do you? I can honestly say that at different times in my life, I have been both. If I had to choose only one to go back to, it would definitely be happy.

Happy. I wouldn't mind being poor if I was happy. I would never want to be sad a poor or sad and rich.
