I'm talking about The Snapper, an Irish film, which is based on a novel by Roddy Doyle, and The Outsiders, an American film, which was based on a novel by Susan E. Hinton. Yesterday I was in HMV and asked about these films, and the guy said he didn't understand why The Snapper had never been released on DVD, as people come in asking for it almost every single day. He didn't know the other movie (which came out in the 1980s, I think he might have been too young) but found the title under video only in the database.
If some film distributor is reading this, can you please look into it? By the way, I'm not talking about illegal distribution of these movies on DVD, they should be released through the proper channels and the appropriate copyright laws complied with.
Thanks!
