No Ziggy. You can't blame Jesus for the lies that people have made up about him. He was one of the good guys.

Sorry but you're totally wrong...Jesus never sinned, not even once. Sure he got angry sometimes but that was Holy anger. He had every right to get angry. However, he never sinned. From the very moment that Eve touched the fruit from the Tree of Knowledge of Good and Evil, the human race was doomed to sin and also face the consequences of their sin, death. God foresaw all these even before he created Adam. He could have backed out of his plan to create humans but even before he created us, he loved us so much already. So before he went on with his plan, the Godhead had to make a big decision. A sacrifice had to be paid for the sins we would commit. Jesus loved us so deeply that he voluntered to be the sacrifice. All the other angels were terrified by the decision and each of them begged to be the sacrifice in his stead but man could not be saved by the death of another creation. The creator himself had to come down and die. So Jesus did just that. He came to die not for his sins (cos he didn't have any) or other reasons but to give YOU a second chance at eternal life. You really should be thankful instead of doubtful. God bless you!

Firstly, your own over blown ego and selfworth cause me not to want to aswer your stupid question. But since I will get two points for it anyways, I might as well go for it.
Jesus was sinless. He was not conceived by man, therefore He was not born under the curse of sin. So, in that case, how could He have died for something that was not His. He died as an eternal sacrifice for all mankind. He willingly laid down His own life so that you and I might experience salvation.

Nope. But I went to thinking that too. Found it not to be true.

The Egotism was of the Judaic leaders, and the Romans.

But it is true it wasn't your personal sins he died for. It is the sin of Being Human.

The Bible says that Jesus Christ was without sin. He became the perfect sacrifice so that we could be redeemed.
Ask yourself this. If you are correct in your way of thinking, why would people choose His beliefs when they knew that they would be crucified also? The Romans had over 500 crosses lining the roads and were crucifying people by the thousands. The more that the societies were trying to kill them off, the more His beliefs spread. The calendar centered around His life. B.C. means before Christ and A.D. stands for Anno Domino which is Latin for year of our Lord. It was that way for most of 2,000 years. Now they are calling it C.E. and B.C.E.which is just plain heresy.

No way.

When Jesus was born, he was sin-less. But when he died on the cross, he was sin-FULL. Full of OUR sins, because he died for US. Jesus didn't do any of the 7 sins. So stop trying to persuade people and realise that what you think is retarded and stupid. Have some respect will ya?

What is it with such a silly question? You are going to invite a lot of disgust amongst posters- I respect that you may want to air your thinking , but its respect for others too that you should be aware of- Delete the question and ask a sensible one-Your question, the way it's formed sounds more like a statement filled with hate? anger? Think before you make others MAD--- I doubt if it even qualifies an answer

No.

The sacrifice of Christ is actually pretty easy to understand if you think about it.

God has always been merciful and forgiving. As long as people learn from their mistakes God is happy with them.

People like to punish people and make them feel humiliated and degraded when they make mistakes.

God got tired of people humiliating and degrading people in his name so God came to Earth as Christ. God followed his own law exactly as he was supposed to but people insisted that God had made a mistake so they tried to humiliate and degrade God.

God let them do their thing to him and then he got up and told people that it did not matter how much people tried to humiliate them, that God judged people. People do not get to judge people so all the stupid things people do to each other do not matter.

People are not perfect, but, if you learn the rules, do your best to live by them and learn from you mistakes you get to heaven.

Pretty simple stuff, I really cannot believe that people cannot understand it.
