Money for campaigning would definitely help. But, also,
you should be able to convince your potential audience
that you're knowledgeable of their desires and have con-
cern for their needs.

You need to know how to lie, cheat and steal and then how to get all your buddies in on the action. You also need to have a way to avoid getting sentenced for what you do while in office.
You also need to be someone or the son of someone. LOL
