I'm about a year away from graduating from high school, and I'm joining the army no questions asked, unless I'm not physically ready. What are are good specific workouts and foods to help me ? I'm a 250 lbs ex- football player (No muscles, I blocked because I'm big ), with a mild case of asthma. Just want to know some good workouts (specific)
that will ease my lungs and get them ready for the drill sergeants, and what I should eat to help me lose the weight.
