I was talking to my friend about a particularly bad time I was going through with money. I couldn't afford a house payment so he offered to let me borrow $1600.00. I accepted. This was in December.

I was going through a divorce and he had a crush on me. I care about him too but then I wanted to work on my relationship with my ex so I got back with him. I kind of let the money slide and didn't pay him back at all.

I didn't tell my husband about this. He emails me in August and told me that I need to pay him back because its ruining our friendship. He said I was taking advantage of him. I got really offended and told him to never talk to me again. I felt like he was taking stabs at my character as a person.

I sent him $50.00 and he sent me back the check ripped up. He said money isn't worth losing a friendship over. Am I being a jerk?

I'm 25 years old but I made very bad decisions with credit cards and loans and ended up having bills that were higher than my income. I've recently lost my job and therefore cant afford to pay for anything. I dont own a home, I live with my parents now. I have a car that I make payments on, which have recently gone behind slightly. I have debts going into collections and I have a credit card company threating to take me to cout for the past due amount of $4800. I'm about $12,000 in debt, not including my car or student loans. Would it be best to just file for bankruptcy? What happens if I do file? I dont own any posessions other than a tv, laptop, and car, but I think in Chapter 7 you keep your car. So I have nothing for my creditors to take from me, really. I recently lost my job and I'm trying to find a new one. Having no income makes it impossible to pay what I owe. Should I file for bankruptcy? What happens to my debt and if I do?

I'm a healthy 15 year old girl with very, very fine hair and for some reason i'm losing WAY too much of it! When it started we (my parents and I) thought it was iron related because i was a vegitarian so i began to eat meat again and it stopped for a little bit but nows it's happening again?? Any other tips on how to keep extremely fine hair healthy would be appreacitated

I know its normal to lose about 100 hairs a day or something like that, but i'm losing more than that...

My husband and I are moving from WI to WA as soon as our mobile home sells here. We are looking for a either a house, condo or duplex to rent for a while until we get well established in the Kennewick, Richland, Pasco area. I have decided to replace my seperate DVD player, and seperate VCR with a combo unit.

I dont use my VCR much, but it would be nice to be able to copy my tapes over to DVD, even the tapes that are originals, and not just the ones that I recorded off of HBO.
I think I want a DVD recorder that is capable of using + and - RW discs, and if it can use dual layer (DL), that would be a bonus but not neccesary.

I have a tivo DVR built into my satellite receiver and so I would like to dump some of my saved stuff from the tivo unit down to the DVD recoder.

I have done some research on CNET.com and on BestBuy.com. Nothing really jumps out as a clear winner.

I am prepared to spend between 200 and 250.
I have coax audio input available since the CD player I am taking out of service is using that.

In almost 20 i already have a 18mnth old daughter. My BF askd me if I would like to have more kids i said yes but i didnt know when. I would kinda like to wait till after my 21 b-day but then the kids would be almost 4yrs apart. He wants to try NOW so that they are 2-3yrs apart. What do you think is best closer in age or farther apart?

ok my grandma has it and is still alive. she got it from her mom beacause somebody gave it to them from austria and thats where my grandma's parents came from. so she still has it and i was wondering how much is it worth. its in german and i heard they burned all the books in europe. so we are wondering how much it is. and its where that they have the book that hitler made. lol well its not in good shape anymore it has dents and the cover is kind of bendin but please reply and if you can. can you please tell me how much its worth.
