Yes, flossing is a must to maintain a healthy mouth. Proper dental hygiene will not be complete without flossing. Just make sure you use the right mouthwash brand. You may use OraMD - mouthwash, toothpaste, and breath freshener (3-in-1). Try it and see how it really works!

YES you need to floss every day! The purpose of mouthwash is to freshen breath. Floss is used to physically pull off plaque (loose bacteria/food) off of your teeth, between your teeth and under the gum line. Where the toothbrush cant reach. The ONLY way to remove plaque is to physically pull/wipe it off with a toothbrush and floss. A toothbrush is more important than the paste that is put on it!

Personally i floss my teeth every 3 days but i clean twice a day with mouthwash. I find it is always a good idea to floss after meals such as sweetcorn.

I just got my first cavity in 4 years because of a lack of flossing, I thought mouthwash would take care of it, but I got one right between my back molors. Needless to say, I am breaking out the floss daily now.

Yes because mouthwash doesn't go between all your teeth. You should really floss and then use mouthwash.

YES! Flossing works your gums and helps make them strong. Mouthwash only fights bad breath.

Yep... sorry, you aren't going to get off that easily :). The mouthwash kills germs between teeth, but flossing helps get rid of any solids stuck there. Food particles, any plaque that has formed, and the like.

yes! first you floss, then you brush, then you use mouthwash! flossing gets a lot of the plaque that's between your teeth. mouthwash just kills germs.

Yes, it does not completely replace flossing. You could probably just floss every other day instead of everyday because its supposed to help but it does not completely remove plaque from inbetween.

Yes, you should floss. Mouth wash only kills bad breath, but floss will get food out of your teeth that cause cavities
