Because Axl began to believe his own hype,and thought he was bigger than the band.Eventually Slash & Duff got fed up with his behaviour and left,closely followed by Gilby & Matt.

Due to public demand. They were the first band to become involved with sponsorship when the people of their town offered them money to go and play somewhere else!

i heard that a member of the band slept with jane seymore (axels wife). axel married her on the video for `november rain`.
