You need to lay out what you believe are the discriminatory actions taken against you and address it with either your immediate manager (always good to do first), their manager or HR.

Beyond that unless the discrimination is based on race, religion, age or sex.. then you don't have too much of a case.

How are you being discriminated against? You need to provide more specifics about the treatment you are receiving, whether you are the only one receiving this treatment, and so on.

Discrimination is a word that people throw around frequently without realizing what it means - it means that you are being treated differently because of your race, religion, gender, sexual preferences, or other protected characteristics. You must be able to show a pattern of disparate treatment throughout the company in order to prove a discrimination claim.

The word "discrimination" refers to being treated differently because of things like gender, race or religion. If you didn't get the promotion just because somebody didn't like you, then that's not discrimination.

yeah, the guy above me is right. you have no case at all unless you are being discriminated against for race, religeon, sex, sexual orientation, non job related medical reason, age (being above 40 or 45), and i think that about covers it.

we americans do not have many rights in the workplace!
