Close in age or farther apart????

Question

In almost 20 i already have a 18mnth old daughter. My BF askd me if I would like to have more kids i said yes but i didnt know when. I would kinda like to wait till after my 21 b-day but then the kids would be almost 4yrs apart. He wants to try NOW so that they are 2-3yrs apart. What do you think is best closer in age or farther apart?

well seeing as though you are so young, and he's only your BF I would wait. There are advantages to doing it either way, but if you're not ready dont do it

My sister and I are very close in age (16 months apart) and we are best friends. I love having someone so close to my age to talk to and hang out with. On the other hand, if you are not ready, you're not ready. Don't let your BF pressure you into having another right away if you're not ready. I am 36 weeks along with my first and I don't know when I'll ever want to go through this again! Good luck!

i think when ever u are ready 2 become pregnant again is good but 2-3yrs apart is good time 2 start trying because u may not get pregnant as quick as u did first time but my opinion i would start trying cause 2-3yrs is a good age means they can do things together where as if they are further apart the might not want 2

we have been blessed with only one child so far and he is 9 years old, we are still tiring for a second child. Guess my point is does it really matter that much if there close in age or not?
what matters more is a healthy child in a loving home, maybe you should work on making that BF a husband then work on another child.

If you can handle two babies in diapers, more power to you. Personally, I'd like to wait about 3 or 4 years before doing it again. Time to enjoy my baby and time to get my body back on track.
