I'm a healthy 15 year old girl with very, very fine hair and for some reason i'm losing WAY too much of it! When it started we (my parents and I) thought it was iron related because i was a vegitarian so i began to eat meat again and it stopped for a little bit but nows it's happening again?? Any other tips on how to keep extremely fine hair healthy would be appreacitated
I know its normal to lose about 100 hairs a day or something like that, but i'm losing more than that...
