I was using my mother's dell laptop and I got up and dropped it. Part of the keyboard came up and there are a bunch of colors and things on the screen. Did I break it? I can still sign onto computer and can open programs but the lines are not going away. Please say someone can help me fix it because my mother will kill me if I broke it.

My fiance is half Mexican (his father's side) and his last name is Perez. He does not know his father, but kept this name as a child instead of his mom's last name. Will everyone automatically assume I am Mexican because of my last name, I work mostly through email and phone. Same for our future kids who will only be 1/4 Mexican.

Here's the whole story first. I drove my car onto the side of a field when its sprinklers were on and someone got my plate number. I'm a female and they claimed a guy was driving and that I pulled donuts in the field. I have never lent my car out and I didn't pull these donuts.

What can I do to prove that it wasn't me?
Will a polygraph test or something work?

Also, the cop doesn't believe that I was driving because of this witnesses 'male driver' claim.

Hi girls! I'm a 25 year old guy and from time to time I'll pluck my eyebrowns.. now hear me out.. Im NOT talking about plucking them bald or even plucking them to have slim little shapely eyebrowns, I more or less groom them.. I don't have a unibrow.. so you know, I just clean them up and get the little straglers every once in a while, while maintaining the natural shape of my eyebrows. Sometimes I'll catch a little flak from my guy friends for doing so, but im not doing it for them. I just feel its a little important to come off somewhat groomed and looking like a give a damn about my appearance..

Now the question is...
How do you, as a woman, feel about a man grooming himself in the way I described?

And for the guys that wandered in here... How do you feel about this? Do you do the same? Or are you against it?

when I cut the old prong off and exposed the wires, i am not sure which color goes where. There is a green, black and white wire. Is the white the ground? And the terminals for the other wires are one gold and one silver does it matter which one goes where once the ground wire is attached?
