He can know WHO he is and WHERE he is, but not WHERE and WHEN he is at the same time.

Al's first spouse become a Ph.D. candidate in physics. She did no longer get her diploma yet Al Einstein did. some say his first spouse become the actual brains in the back of the particular theory of relativity. yet as she did no longer get her Doctorate and he did, he have been given to submit it. Who knows? besides, they did break up; so possibly that proclaims some thing.

Oh, he can know who he is, where he is, and even when he is. But as soon as he tries to measure any of them ALL the parameters change and become irrelevant. LOL
