I'd like to find the main talking points on the Iraq oil law, such as
pros and cons?
What the average Iraqi stand to benefit from it?

Here's what I already know from reading the law;
It distributes oil revenue evenly based off a populations scale
It opens two thirds of the Iraqi oil market up to foriegn investors, which was unheard of in Saddams time, but I fail to see how it benefits the Iraqi people over a state-owned oil system, why not follow the successful business model of Kuwait.

Also, when will the Iraqi Counsel of Representatives will vote on it?

I also asked this question in politics, but you know what they say about asking questions about politics, getting an answer is like panning for gold dust in a shallow river of dung

Please tell me what you know about my symptoms so I can wait it out until I have insurance.

Always constipated-when I go it is like one little drop.
Bloated?-my stomach always looks like I'm about 5 months pregnant or so...and I'm not! I feel lots of gas in there and pass a lot of gas too.
Little things come out of my mouth and in stool- they are not worms or parasites b/c I was able to go to the dr in Mexico but wasn't there long enough to run more tests. They are little whitish, smelly, soft, smaller than a grain of rice, get hard and tan when they dry out. They come out of my mouth used to be several times a week and now only every other week or so. They are also in my stool. Dr. said it was a chronic infection...but that's all I know
When I can do #2 I need to go all of the sudden and it feels that in 1 day I get rid off all of the waste from the week or 2 before. Has mucous a lot. 2 times had blood. Symptoms do lessen when I eat good, with lots of fiber, and exercize

OK i am an american pitbull owner and I take him every where! I think its good experiance for him to get out and meet new people, also for us to bond. The other day I taken him to the laundry mat with me I usually have him outside we play frizbie or ball. To kill time while wash is washing. It was too hot so i took him inside. People were afriad of him as usual so i took him back outside. This lady comes up to me and says you are just waiting for a law suit. you dont know what he is thinking he could bite anyone. my dog is around alot of people and dogs he will not bite anyone. plus Im there. Why do people have such a attitude when it come to the pitbulls. Like its every single pitbull thats mean. It makes me so mad!

I live in the US, and everytime I travel abroad, I'm advised not to drink the water where I plan to visit, even that of countries that are clearly industrialized. I wanted to know if the same attitude exists when foreigners travel to the US.

Let's say that a tenant, and a landlord agree to the amount of rent payment. They then sign the 1 yr contract. However, the landlord wants to change the amount on the rent, wanting to increase it. Can the landlord change the terms of the contract, before the 1yr is up? Any sort of help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance.

What would you expect woould happen if humans/states tried to ban price rises on the 100 most purchased products while also printing lots of money (computerised bank credit) that pays for a huge tax cut?

Or what if instead our government fixed the problem of high property prices by effectively banning all from owning more than one property?

The well-known Kurdish specialty phyllo dough wrapped cardamom-heavy perdaplow is filled with chicken, rice, almonds and golden raisins. Stuffing Preparation - Boil the whole chicken covered with water for 30 minutes. Remove from water and set aside to cool. In a food processor or blender, blend the onion and garlic into a paste, and add salt and pepper. Cook the onion-garlic mixture over medium heat until dry. While the onions cook, de-bone the chicken and shred the meat, then add it to the onion mixture. Add cardamom, rice, almonds, raisins, and egg. Combine thoroughly. 1 whole chicken or equal amount of dices beef, 2 medium onions, 3 cloves garlic (optional?), 1/2 TBS cardamom, 4 cups cooked rice, 1 cup roasted almond (chopped), 1 large egg (also optional?), 1/2 cup golden raisins, salt and pepper to taste - read somewhere that Yale students put a rasberry-yogurt sauce on it. I just saw pictures this morning of Muslims protesting in England with signs that read "Europe, your 911 is on its way" and "prepare for the real holocaust" and "slay those who insult Islam". And this was supposed to ba a "Religion of Peace Demonstration". I'm sorry, there is nothing peaceful about those signs they were all holding up.

Here is a link where you can see the pics: http://www.snopes.com/photos/politics/muslimprotest.asp

I had a temporary filling put in on the 2nd of this month, and now its getting very painful. I went to a student dentist (I had no choice, we have no dental insurance) I have seen an endodontist and he told me that the student overshot and went to my nerve. So, a root canal is imminent at this point (luckily he's a family friend, doing it for free) He told me it would be an emergency if its painful, and that I need to call immediately if it is.

But, heres the catch: I have to take three Regents Exams tomorrow. My mother won't call him unless I come to her with filling in hand. (even then I don't know if she would) What do I do?
