when weight is lost from the legs sometimes water is held on the knee, (water retention) and it won't shift without some help try asking your pharmacist for some water loss tablets and exercise your knees by say riding a bike anything that makes your knees bend more then 90oc each time. by walking it doesnt exercise the knee as much as it only partially moving. I hope this helps x

Hi love at fifteen you need not worry about celulite, thats for older women.
Wearing jeans and not letting the light at your legs makes them white. Either wear skirts, stockings / tights (not as healthy), or shorts. I personally wear a kilt virtually al the time now and I must say myself my legs do not look that bad. I am 61 and a bloke.

YAY! A fellow knee-hater.
I understand your problem, but seeing as you said your legs have slimmed down alot recently, you have to remember that knees are hard cartalige, and that they won't slim too.
Your knees are likely to be fine, you just think they look "bulgy" compared to your slimmer legs now.
I recommend a positive outlook. Lets face it, you could have horrifically dry knees like moi. Just be brave and get your legs out while the weathers good!(ish...)

cellulite is dimples in your skin the only way to get rid of the buldge on the sides of your knee is to do running or cycling !!

Start running! Its a good habit to get into. Always good to exercise and it will help slim down your legs.

I really hate my knees too and my thighs and i exercise loads im jus gonna get plastic surgery lol im onli 14 so i've got a long wait xxx
