I starting trying to loose weight about a month ago. So far I have lost about 8 pounds, even though my weight fluctuates a lot. I walk about 40-45 minutes 3 times a week. Co-worker say that I have lost a lot, but I can't tell. Now it seems that I have became stagnated with my weight. Please help. I try to eat healthy, but sometimes I eat a lot of snacks on Sunday such as cookies and chips. I work two jobs which requires a lot of sitting. I used to walk during my lunch, but the heat index outside is too hot. please help I went from 157 to 149.
