You can become a teacher with any of the career choices you listed.

History would be the best, as you can always find a job in a middle-school, high school, college or University.

Advertising for a museum of some sort? Maybe an art museum. That way you'd be working somewhere you loved and were interested in, and you'd be able to use both your photography and design skills.
