....when I was a kid my Mum once left me standing outside the shop on a camp site because she's forgotten her purse. She quickly ran back to our caravan and expressly told me to not move an inch. She was about 1 minute. I did as I was told but anything could have happened to me in that minute couldn't it?

I think my mum was a bit foolish to leave me there BUT (and this is my point) my Mum is a lovely person and a great mother. She did something I wouldn't do myself and we were luck in that we got away with her silly decision without any consequences.

Are the McCanns really so dreadful as some people are saying...or, like my Mum, did nice enough people just make a sh!tty call?

And before some of you berate tham again, can you honestly say you've never made a bad judgement or silly decision? Isn't it the case that a lot of us only aren't being discussed in the way the McCann's are because we got away with something without ill effect and they sadly have to face the worst outcome

My terrible wife moved out on me and took my jeep. I need it to go to town and buy stuff. I know where she is staying and who she is doing it with. (Trust me, her value is going way down!) in a nut-shell, I'd like to have a cell populated with something that the user inputs.

I'd like to have a box pop up like, "Type in the name of the person you want to assign this work to:" Then the user types in a name, and that name is saved to a variable and used later on in the spreadsheet.

My husband says mean things to me all the time. He says he is ony with me because I have inherited millions from my mom's estate. we are very wealthy and he takes over 50,000 and spends it on whores and strippers. What should I do? I love him so much but I can't take it any more. I put 500,000 in his personal account last week and he only has 1,000 left. I asked him were the money is he said i spent it on bills. Aren't you all tired of debating this ad nauseum? I bet not a single person's opinion has been altered by the endless debates on Y! Answers.

Everyone has faith. Even those who deny God's existence cannot PROVE God's nonexistence, so their faith is in the nonexistence of God.

This is something that cannot be conclusively proven either way. That's why faith is required. As a Christian, I believe in the existence of God, and in the deity of Jesus Christ. However, I can't prove either of those. Nor can you, if you disagree with my claims, PROVE the opposite is true.

Shall we move on to subjects where the discussion can be more fruitful?
