We are looking for a 2002-03, 3/4 ton, Extended/Crew cab, Diesel, 4x4 HD Pickup truck (Ford or GM, not Dodge) in Western NY (West of Syracuse) for under 20K. They are terribly hard to find, even for more than 20K. Anybody know of any? (sorry if any of my description is redundant or contradictory- my bf is the truck guru, not me) Pics/links would be great!

I used to be very fat once upon a time. I could remember weighing 76kg two years back. i tried my very best exercising and dieting. Now I am 57kg but I still feel that I am very fat. I was hit from behind while at a stop light (in California). I did everything I was supposed to (stopped and waited). This lady slams into me. We exchange info and she accpets responsibilty. Now her insurance (Progressive) claims they can't pay the entire cost of the repairs and a rental for me while mine is the shop. This due to her policy only covers up to $5,000.00. They told me I have to go through my insurance (which means $500.00 copay and no rental car help) and my insurance would get the $5000.00 and no more. Which means I am paying around $2000.00 for someone slamming into me when I shouldn't have to pay anything.

Has this happened to anyone else? Is it worth getting a Lawyer and pressing charges?

Better to start determinedly on controlling man's greenhouse gas emissions - it will be much more difficult to fix if left till the effects are undeniable (although I feel that there will always be some deniers just as there are commercial fishermen who deny the effects of overfishing until stocks are extinct despite any amount of scientific data). Denyers often say, think for yourself, but the fact of the matter is that this is very complex and extensive science, the best thinking one can do is to read somewhat from reputable, peer reviewed science. See past questions on YA about global warming. The deniers claims such as that it is a 'natural cycle' and 'volcanoes generate more CO2' have all been addressed with properly referenced reputable science on YA .

I recently joined CCCS and I thought it would help my debt situation; however, its made it worse. They never told me that my credit union didn't accept their proposal so I am now 2 months behind in payments with them, and then they also "forgot" to debit my bank account for last months payment, so I am 1 month behind with all of my other creditors. I want a loan for about 28k to consolidate everything and make 1 monthly payment . Due to my debt to income ratio and now my 60 day past due status, my credit has to be awful and without a cosigner I cannot get approval. Short of asking my best friend (which I really do not want to do because thats a recipe for disaster) to cosign, what can I do? This link asks me to pay $40 for "100% guranteed approval" but I am 99.9% sure its a scam right?

Since this case has busted itself wide open over the last couple of days, Gerry has stopped writing in his blog (today is the first day he's missed in the blog since it started), he apparently has pulled the twins out of the playgroup, and their world tour of Portugal planned for Madeleines 100th has been canned, as has co-incidentally Justine McGuinness.

Its almost as though it was the last stop on the tube and the driver has announced 'All change please. All change.'
