I used to be very fat once upon a time. I could remember weighing 76kg two years back. i tried my very best exercising and dieting. Now I am 57kg but I still feel that I am very fat. I feel very tempted with food nowadays. I just eat anything that looks appetizing. My target weight is 50. I need to lose more weight. What can I do?

Know your body and the food that agree with it, also, do not be so concerned with weight.

You may want to focus on your health more so than your weight. You need to know that sugar, junk food, and fast food are not your friends when it come to being fit (You know being fit means you will be at your ideal weight). You may want to consider eating more natural fruits in vegetables in your daily diet and remove or reduce wheat, dairy, and sugar. Eat fresh food not processed food (food in boxes, restaurants, etc.) is always better. Drink water, green or ginger tea 30 minutes before or after each meal. These things will get you on your way to being healthier which will translate into a smaller and more vibrant you. Look at http://stayinformed.info/kitchen.html in the kitchen section on why you should stay away from wheat (gluten), MSG and other foods that causes obesity and hypertension.
When eating, take your time and chew your food 2 to 3 times longer than you’re accustom to. This will aid in digestion. Add fiber and organic choices to your diet. All the growth hormones, MSG, preservatives, gluten, and artificial flavoring may lead to weight gain.
Get exercise, walk or jog, go out dancing, play sports, or just do what you enjoy a lot and incorporate exercise. This will help you to day tomorrow and for the rest of your life.

Hi,

I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.

You are great in that you have really come a long way in your weight loss. Your current challenge is possibly one linked with mindset and also with emotional challenges. I would be able to help and be able to help you hit your 50kg within a month.

I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.

My mentor also lost 15 pounds within a week doing the detox ;)

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

The rest is up to you.

So what do you think? ;)

If you are keen to find out more about my detox programme, you can email me at verityy@yahoo.com

Continue to eat what you like, in moderation. 57kg is a good light weight for even smaller women. How tall are you?

Also, concentrate more on exercise than dieting. Do some aerobic exercise and light weight lifting every 2-3 days, allowing time to rest. If your 5'10, I wouldn't say 76 kg is very fat at all, but 57 would be too low.

They only way I can cut down is to keep NO FOOD in the house. If it is there I will eat it even when I'm not really hungry. I heard recently that people fail to keep weight off because of boredom IE they eat for something to do

Good luck and I hope my theory helps a little

To successfully lose weight, you must carry out
a plan to balance your caloric intake with exercise.
Ideally, dieting should be done by eating a nutritionally
balanced, low-calorie diet and increasing physical activity.

Would you like to consider meal replacement technique? Succession rate is high. But you still need to control what you are eating.
