i am 35 weeks pregnant with my first. i have gained the standard 21 lbs. and am feeling pretty Ok considering. however, i have been battling the slings and arrows pregnant women often endure from friends, family and strangers for weeks, even months. "are you sure it isn't twins?" "there has to be one hiding behind the other, doctors aren't always right- you'll see when they pull out that second baby!", "your'e HUGE!" and my favorite is when a MAN, who will never know the difficulty of bringing life into the world- who has 4 children...telling me how hard it will be to lose "all the weight!" i am perfectly normal, content with my weight gain, my pregnancy and my life. why do people assume it's OK to insult us this way? i feel like if they think they can insult me, i have the right to retaliate and throw a punch. but then i would be wrong, huh??? what should i do???!!!!!

One of our fence panels has fallen down, we repaired it but it needs replacing. My mum was going to get it done when we could afford it because we recently had to have our windows and cladding done because it was rotting (wood). Today our back neighbors have come round, the lady has a stinking attitude saying how she's waited 8 years for a new fence panel, the panel she puts in front keeps falling down. My mum explained she's had a lot on her mind as my Nan has cancer and she just couldn't afford it at the moment but if she was willing to pay half she'd get it done. The women said she doesn't care about personal issues and she's not paying half. When the women left my Grandad came over, my mum explained to him what had happened and my Grandad said she can wait and my mum said she had a stinking attitude. 5 mins after my Grandad left, the women is back claiming she is sick of the abuse, which she gets over the fence and could she speak to my mum's husband (to have a go at him).

I want to put up fencing to keep neighbor dogs and coyotes off my property, but know little about it. I won't be keeping animals inside - just protecting my cats and garden from predators.

I bought 4' high woven wire field fencing, and 34 six-foot t-posts. My land is hilly, and the fence will be climbing up and down its entire length. It is soft dirt in spots, hard clay in others, with no rocks anywhere I've seen.

Some places say wooden corner braces are unnecessary, that you can make braces from t-posts using the right widgets. I'm interested in that, because you wouldn't have to dig post holes. However, no site describes how to tension this sort of "t-post only" field fence.

Let's say I did install wooden corner braces, and try to tension the fence. How could I tension that, with the land being as uneven as it is?

Is tensioning even necesary in this situation? Maybe just rounding the corners would work.

I think I've read in an article about his older sister that she went to live in Miami in 1985, after her grandfather was kidnapped.
She was 14 by then.

I assume that Enrique and his other brother were taken with his sister as well, wasn't he?
If he was, he was 10 when he went to the United States.
So, perhaps he might speak English like a native.

Is it possible that Hillary has not divorced Bill over his many affairs so that the stigma of a divorced woman President would not hamper her political aspirations? When we first met the sex wasn't so bad, it was never too elaborate, however it was a lot better than what it has come to.

We have two girls together, one about to turn 4 the other about to turn 4mon. Every time I try to do something with him I get "batted away", because he is either too tiered, or some other excuse. Then if we do have sex it is so pathetic, we don't even get all the way naked... I'm lucky if he takes his pants off all the way! Also, he just wants me on top, or if I plead for him to go on top it is only missionary. Oh, and usually the whole event is less than 5min too!

I am so frustrated, and just don't know what to do any more. I know he is not cheating on me... I think he just has a VERY low sex drive for one, and for two he has endurance issues.

What can I do? I just didn't think it is supposed to be like this, isn't it usually the other way around... they guy always wanting it and the girl turning it down?

HELP!

Basically, it said successful women are less likely to stay married, and that men stay away from successful women because they may be more competitive, intelligent, and make more, etc.

Do you think that all women can be "fools in love", regardless of whether they are more or less career-oriented?

Also the article implied that is wrong to put off marriage until after education/career/etc.

Every time I talk about how the christian god drowned all the babies in the world someone tries to defend this decision by saying "The babies of Genesis 7 would grow up to be violent and rebellious just as their parents were.", as if -that- was cause enough to drown newborns.

(and yes, that quote is legit, got it today in answer to an earlier question).

It is interesting in this day and age that there are actually people who stoop so low as to -justify- the drowning of -infants-.

(O.O)

Even more interesting is the belief their god was helpless to stop it and could only wipe them all out, despite the fact their god regretted the decision later and promised to never do it again.

Just can't stand having their god accused of malicious cruelty I guess.

So do these people advocate the elimination of all children born to criminals? Drown them all?

Or is drowning newborns only good when their god does it?
