I'm a 25-year-old female, and wow, it really is harder to lose a few pounds when you get older! I've gained a few this summer due to eating out/going out, and not working out as much as I used to. Plus, I'm a teacher, so I haven't been on my feet all day since early June. Anyone have a really good tip for shedding a few pounds and toning up in a quick amount of time? Obviously I know, "eat right" and "exercise"...but anything else that works for you?
