Does anyone else feel like the Lord is calling His church into a "special' time of praise and worship?

Yes. In fact today I noticed that I have some pretty good time with God on my way to work, and during my lunchtime.
But when I don't work, my time isn't spent with Him as balanced. I decided that I would change that. I need to spend my morning hours with Him as the focus, not the work for Him that I do here first. And I devote time reading scriptures when I am at my job, but here, when I am not at work I do not spend as much time doing that.

Just thought you would like to know that the Lord does not have a church.
In fact you wont even find the word "Church" in the bible.
Church is man made, the bible only knows of local congregations, often called "ecclesias".

No, having studied a bit of history I realize that christians have allways thought they were in a special time. I now think it's just part of the brainwashing.

Yes actually i feel like my church needs to have more uptodate songs more regularly and a new service on wednesdays.

Sweet pea i certainly do. God wants to do an awesome thing in the churches today but are the Christians really receiving it!

I feel that, like cerrtain segments of Islam, that the flocks are being told certain things.

I feel as if God is calling all the *true church*, that is the true believers into prayer....... I think He is shouting it........ God bless
