it seems like if it were to work out, it would be a good way to make some extra money. im saving for college in 2 years, and think this might be an option.

any advice on how to go about it?

and do you think i should bother?

About two months ago my boyfriend of 2 1/2 years broke up with me or should i say suggested that we take a break. At first i didn't get y b/c things had been going really good at the time. He then told me that he was afraid that we were too young to be so serious (we're 19) and that lately he'd been thinking bout marriage. He told me that it scared him and that we needed to take a break so we could "experience life w/o eachother b4 we commited to eachother." I cried but said okay.

Now it seems that we see even more of eachother, still going out with eachother on dates, talking every nite on the fone, etc. everything seems good until ask what the point of the break was if we still act like we're 2gether.

I think he's selfish b/c he wants the benefits of a gf w/o being tied down.i haven't I have no idea what i should do and whether or not i'm being a fool for sticking around waiting for him to want to make it official again. I think that i haven't given him time 2 miss me yet.

This guy & I have been seeing each other off & on when we're not busy working. We get along great, we obviously seem to enjoy each other's company, he kisses & cuddles with me, but we haven't had sex yet, which is a good thing because I'd like a relationship with him, not just friends with benefits kinda thing. Anyway, I'm not sure what he truly thinks of me, we had discussed a relationship before, but he told me that right now he's too busy with work to give me the attention I deserve. But I still want to see him through, but just by being patient. Well he wrote me a message a lil awhile ago & said that he hurt his knee. So I wrote back just asking him if he needed me to take him to the hospital, just being nice, and he jokingly wrote back "I just cut it off instead" so I wrote back "well I'd still like you even if you did only have one leg ;)" but he hasn't written back yet. Did I say that too soon, I'm sure he knows I like him, but am I being pushy, what do you think he thinks?

Ok so my dad just got re-married. Before I knew they were getting married, I started getting some strong feelings for her nephew. (BTW- He is 1 yr older then me.) But they just got married on Friday. And Friday night I had a sleepover with him and his sister. I told his sister that I liked him and asked her if he had said anything about me to her. She told me that earlier that day he had said that I was really pretty and it was cool that I talked to him. (He thought I was really shy before) So I got really excited. After we talked about that, she told me that she had feelings for my brother (They're 16.) She told my brother that she liked him. And she told her brother what I had told her. So is this totally weird that we are almost going out???? I mean we're not blood related so......

And yesterday he was all quiet around me and wouldnt even look at me but this afternoon he was all talking to me and messing around!

I bought my very first condo during Sept. 2006; however, this last month I recently accepted a job that will relocate me from CA to AZ. My new company will pay for all costs associated with selling my place (i.e. realtor/closing/appraisals); however, I am responsible for any loss that results from the depreciation of my property. And, as many of you know, the market out here in CA has taken a turn for the worse. My condo which valued at 376,000 less than a year ago is now worth as little as 355,000. I'm listing for 369,000 and hoping for the best; however, I know that i'm going to end up paying an arm and a leg to get out from under this place.

Would it be worth it for me to rent this place out for 6-12 months in hopes that the market conditions will improve? I won't be able to find a renter for what I pay per/mo in mortgage payments, but I should be able to get enough to cover my rent for a new place in AZ.

What should I do? I'm so lost =\

Im looking for a good talent agency thats not a scam and has success stories, like a professional agency and if anyone is working with a good agency can you tell me their website or how to contact them like their address or phone #. Our world is in a mess. We can't count on mankind to straighten things up. Things are going out of control with all the killings, hunger and sickness. consider the following scenario. God sends a message to all the leaders of the world to assemble at the United Nations. My 2002 Isuzu Rodeo blows the fuse for tail/illumination lights when I turn the illumination lights on. I replace the 15amp fuse 3 times and it blows the fuse when I try to turn the illumination lights on. Any suggestions?
