I have a lot of experience with various rifles and shotguns, but I have never owned a hand gun. I want to get one with a lot of performance and quality, yet still inexpensive. In other words, I want a lot of bang for my buck. I have heard that HK are really good.

I am sueing someone for $834.00 in small claims court for damages to my house. The person being sued does not live in my state. If said person dpes not show up for hearing, will authorities in her state follow through with any legal action? Obviously hearing will be held in my state.

I tried to straiten my hair, it looked beautiful other than one problem, my hair is so frizzy, I was wondering what products are best, not only for straitening my hair, because I'm only allowed to do it once a year, but for my curly frizzy hair.

theyve been fighting a lot and its not just verbal! theyve been fighting since i was little! whenever i ask my dad why they fight he says my mom started it. when i ask my mom she says he started it and that i saw him start it. then my dad leaves the house. my mom and i always stay at the house after each fight. then i get all angry at my mom (*frenzy*), my dad leaves the house, i leave the room shes in, burst into unstoppable tears, she comes into the room she heard me crying in, and then she claims that because im not doing anything to my dad that im on his side, when actually i did (sometimes i kick him). she always apologizes to me and asks me if im damaged, i say yes im too damaged to be healed, and then she goes on and on about how she doesnt think she and my dad are gonna grow old together. its the same thing over and over again!! wth should i do?!

Recently my computer started doing something strange. When a program locks up, and I have to end it... I can never get that program to work properly again. It happened to windows live messenger. Every time i run it, it shows up in my processes menu, but never comes up. More recently, it happened to my recording software, Ableton Live. It only shows up in my processes menu, but never comes up, and I can't even end the process. It does this after countless restarts and reinstallations. Any clues? help is greatly appreciated. Thanks

What so great about getting pissed so bad you cant feel your feet, act like a complete idiot, and get limp dick?

Maybe kids (teens) find it cool, but after 18 or at least 19 its not cool whatsoever and you are totally outnumbered by those who actually have morals - thats if it isnt a mass thing, if it is, then your part of the problem.

Ok, so in the book there is the avada cedvra curse (sp?) anyways, it is known as the killing curse and it is unforgiveable. I know that it is only used by voldemort and the death eaters. But i want to know if there r other non-law breaking ppl who use it also? Because, how else could mrs. weasly kill bellatrix? Or any Order members kill death eaters? Is there like another killing spell that is legal? Or do they also use the avada cedevra curse? Can someone explain?

I'm a 19 year old from NY. In NY, the drinking age thing is generally pretty relaxed, especially in the city, yes I know its illegal, but I'm legal to do everything else, right? Point is, when Im out of town I always order drinks virgin and dont give anyone a hard time because I know they will get into trouble for serving me. However, some people get really nasty and demmand ID and act like Im trying to trick them somehow. Is it just that they are worried about liabilties or are they just purposely giving me a hard time because Im young?
