I have a 3 ft tank with 18 guppies in it, And theres 3 (which are brothers) that allways follow each other, Is this normal? its an all male tank, , Should i seprate them - i have other male tanks

It's normal and harmless. Guppies aren't normally classified as a schooling fish, but usually are found hanging out in groups.

You've not heard of "schools" of fish?

Yes, it's normal.

And be aware that with some fish, sex is a matter of opinion. Some species of fish, all fish start out as female, but if the male in the school dies or disappears, one or two of the fish will change into males.

they will start to get territorial so you might want to seperate some of them yes...it may not be noticable because of no females there. the three brothers are normal because they have been traveling all there life in there school, once one tries to become dominant over the other they will break apart and probably accept some new ones into their school

you should separate them since they would get territorial at times. males would sometimes bite each other's tails.
