Ya'all really need to start over. Much of your religion is not intrinsic to the New Testament but, rather, a group of so-called priests who got together a few hundred years after Jesus died and decided they would pull a bunch of wacko ideas out of their backsides. The Council of Nicea being prime example. Who ever said those men had the right to do that? Nobody but themselves.

I need to go to a hearing for a traffic ticket (posted speed limit differs from what the officer wrote the ticket for). I've already had to change my schedule for one continuace requested by the officer, which wasn't a problem because it was done well in advance. Now only 3 days before the hearing, the judge has issued a continuance for himself, to move the trial back only two days. I was told if that was needed, to have the request for continuance done at least two weeks in advance. I'm not sure if I can rework my schedule now, but if I ask for a continuance by certified letter (recommended to me), it'll probably never get there in time to notify all parties. What should I do? Can I have the case thrown out?

Something that will stay green --> 365 <-- days a year, cold winters, hot summers? Something that blooms is a plus. I'm looking to replace ALL the grass in my front yard with something that won't require mowing, since my front yard is on a SLOPE. Half the yard has full sun, half has partial shade. ZONE 6.

My SO is out of town working for 2 weeks and I am so relieved. I love him, but he is such a control freak that its a blessing to get a break. Problem is that he still tries to "plan" my day for me while he is gone. He has a list of things HE thinks I should be doing. I lost my temper with his list and he just sees it as me being lazy. He has no concept of the fact that I am capable of keeping myself occupied, because the things I may choose to do are not the things he would have me do. Whew! How do I get him to stop trying to plan my every minute with out ending up in a fight and him hanging up?

1. my gpu is a nvidia geforce go 6150. It is curently using 64 mb of memory. But total avalible memoy is 287. how come i can only put the memory up to 12.

2. when i go to systemrequirementslab.com to see if i can run oblivion my pc fails on the gpu it says

video ram 128- you have 64mb fail
video card acceleration- pass
hw transform lighting pass
vertex shader requiered 2.0- you have 3.0
pixel shader requiered 2.0-you have 3.0

So i changed the video memory in bios to 128 mb but then it says

video ram 128- you have 128mb FAIL
video card acceleration- pass
hw transform lighting pass
vertex shader requiered 2.0- you have 3.0
pixel shader requiered 2.0-you have 3.0

SO CAN I RUN OBLIVION
