I'm about to start looking for a new vehicle and also a new apartment. I've heard that when your credit report is looked up, this brings it down. I may be dumb for asking this question, but I'm probably about to have it checked several times within the next few days. It's already low enough, so I just want to make sure if this is true or not.

Plug camera in. Switch computer on,
Alerted Found new hardware USB Camera (SN9C120)
Wizard fails to find drivers on CD.
cancelled and drivers installed using Run setup.exe
setup informs install complete and correct.
Restart computer(as instructed).
Found new hardware alert again.
Check installed programs. USB PC Camera Plus ver 5.14.0.0 installed.

I'm at a toss up. I can't really lean toward any one side. FDR created some really good programs under the New Deal that helped millions of people. But ultimately, they didnt accomplish what they wanted to do with the new deal.
