The song is maybe Malagueña, and is not mexican. It talks about a woman from Malaga in Spain.

Is that "MalagueÃ±a"?
The music for the famous one was actually
written by Ernesto Lecuona, a Cuban.
It's the last piece of his "AndalucÃa Suite".
