Yep. If it's yours, it is yours to sell. Good luck on selling.

I'm not certain what you mean by replica. I'm assuming it's one of those knock-outs that you usually find on the street. It's probably trademark infringement to sell knock off products. I don't know if Coach has protected its rights in the design. Also, I'm not certain a disclaimer will necessarily protect you either.

There's no certain answer without knowing more information. Even then there's still no certain answer because there probably aren't concrete answers in the law either. Although, I think the simplier answer is you could subject yourself to getting sued for trademark infringment if you are selling those goods that the people on the street generally sell.

It's not as easy for the street vendors to get caught because you can't Google illegal merchants on the streets. I generally feel it is illegal but I'm not certain that Coach has protected its trademark rights.

When all else fails contact a licensed attorney with experience in intellectual property. Maybe, there's even a friendly IP lawyer blogger that can answer your question for free.

It's not legal. I put a replica Louis Vuitton on there and they pulled it. And if you add it on there as an authentic purse, whoever buys it will demand their money back and then they'll turn you in to ebay!
